These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://bcsprint.com and any services provided by BCS Print Signs & Graphics (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Texan Printing and Publishing, Inc. By accessing our website, placing an order, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

1. Services

BCS Print Signs & Graphics provides printing, sign production, graphics, and branded apparel services to businesses and individuals. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order or project request.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion, including orders that contain unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.

2. Orders and Quotes

All quotes provided by BCS Print Signs & Graphics are estimates based on the information available at the time of the request. Final pricing may vary if project scope, materials, or specifications change after the quote is issued.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are not considered confirmed until you have approved the quote and we have acknowledged acceptance.
• Rush orders and specialty requests may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated prior to production.

3. Artwork and File Submission

You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets our file specifications. BCS Print Signs & Graphics is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution, improperly formatted, or incorrect files submitted by the customer.

• By submitting artwork or design files to us, you represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use all content, logos, images, and trademarks included.
• We reserve the right to decline production of any artwork that appears to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.
• Artwork proofs will be provided for approval prior to production when applicable. Once you approve a proof, BCS Print Signs & Graphics is not liable for errors in the approved content.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined on your invoice or quote. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• New customers may be required to pay in full prior to production.
• Established accounts may be invoiced with net terms as agreed.
• We accept payment by check, credit card, and other methods as indicated at time of sale.
• Accounts past due may be subject to a late fee and suspension of services until balances are resolved.

5. Turnaround Times and Delivery

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing. BCS Print Signs & Graphics is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, shipping carrier delays, or equipment issues.

Risk of loss or damage for shipped orders transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. For pickup orders, risk transfers upon customer pickup.

6. Returns, Reprints, and Cancellations

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

• Production errors: If we produce an item that does not match the approved proof or specifications, we will reprint or credit the order at no charge.
• Defective materials: Claims for defective materials must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt.

Order cancellations must be requested before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible, and you may be responsible for materials and labor costs incurred.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and engaging with our SMS campaign, you consent to receive text messages from BCS Print Signs & Graphics. These messages may include:

• Responses to inbound customer inquiries sent to our business number
• Notifications that your quote is ready for review in your email inbox
• Order status updates and customer care communications

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

No Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images created by BCS Print Signs & Graphics, is the property of Texan Printing and Publishing, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Custom designs created by BCS Print Signs & Graphics for a customer project remain the property of BCS Print Signs & Graphics unless a written agreement transfers ownership to the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BCS Print Signs & Graphics and Texan Printing and Publishing, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, website, or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BCS Print Signs & Graphics, Texan Printing and Publishing, Inc., and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our services, your submission of artwork or content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
